Op. Dr. M. Nebil Bozdoğan was born in Istanbul in 1959. He completed his education in Ankara. He graduated from TED Ankara College in 1977, from Ankara University Ankara Faculty of Medicine in 1983, and received his aesthetic and plastic surgery specialization in 1991.

He completed his military service at GATA Haydarpaşa Plastic Surgery and Burn clinic in Istanbul. He worked at ONEP Plastic Surgery Clinic in Istanbul, state hospitals in Ankara and Plastic Surgery clinic of the university hospital Leiden, Netherlands, as well as in some clinics in Germany. He has 36 years of medical experience and 28 years of aesthetic surgery experience in all kinds of aesthetic surgery operations of the face and body. In addition, he has 20 years of experience in hair transplantation and 14 years of experience in hair transplantation with the FUE method.

He is still actively working as a freelance specialist doctor in his own practice and private hospitals in Ankara.

He is fluent in English and intermediate in German. Dr. M. Nebil BOZDOĞAN is married and has a son.
